PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the operation properties and display properties same as those of an exclusive water tap integrated with an operation and display section by fixing the exclusive tap and the operation and display section constituting a water preparation instrument in the state of being replaceable respectively and individually on a notch plate of a sink stand. SOLUTION: An electrolytic water preparation apparatus 20 is set on a sink stand 1 with a storage cabinet 4 formed on the lower section of a top plate 3 forming a sink. In the electrolytic ionic water preparation apparatus 20, an acid water nozzle 23 flowing out a small amount of acid ionic water to an exclusive water tap 21 provided with an alkali water nozzle 22 flowing out a large amount of alkali ionic water can be separated from an operation and display section 24, and also the acid water nozzle 23 can be integrated with the operation and display section 24. The exclusive water tap 21 is fixed by a female screw 25 and the acid water nozzle 23 and the operation and display section 24 are fixed by a female screw 26 on a top plate 3 of the sink stand 1 in the state of being replaceable respectively and individually. |
