<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively recycle a decorative sheet by a method wherein the end part of the decorative sheet is peeled off from the basic plate (the steel part) of a top board and further by moving the basic plate under the state being pinched between a pair of rotary rolls so as to peel off the decorative sheet from the basic plate with a wedge-like blade ahead the rolls. SOLUTION: With a device, in which two or an upper and a lower rolls are arranged and, further, ahead the rolls, a wedge is arranged, a surface decorative sheet is easily and safely separated from a top board heated up to 120-160 deg.C in a short period of time. As a general easy method for heating the top board, a heating device equipped with a sheathed heater is employed. In the heated top board, one end part of the surface decorative sheet is separated with a vacuum spark, a chisel or the like. In succession, a wedge-like blade 6 is inserted so as to pinch the basic plate (the steel part) of the top board between a pair of or the upper and lower rolls in order to separate the decorative sheet 1 by moving the top board through the rotation of the rolls. The separated decorative sheet is broken or crushed to proper sizes normally with a crushing device.</p> |
