<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a shape of each branch intake pipe, easily improve molding accuracy, prevent generation of dispersion in an inner surface shape of each branch intake pipe, and improve intake performance, in a synthetic resin- made intake manifold. SOLUTION: In this synthetic resin-made intake manifold, a thermoplastic synthetic resin-made upstream pipe line collective unit 34 provided with linear upstream branch pipes 311 to 331 and common intake pipe formed respectively by a bar-shaped core and a thermoplastic synthetic resin-made downstream pipe line collective unit 35 provided with downstream branch pipes 312 to 332 formed by a curved core are heated to be connected. Between fitting recessed parts 62 to 64, 65 to 67 respectively provided in connection surfaces 59, 60 of the upstream/downstream pipe line collective units 34, 35 to respectively surround a downstream end opening part of the upstream branch pipe 311 to 331 and upstream end opening part of the downstream branch pipe 312 to 332 , synthetic resin-made nests 68 to 70 having communication holes 71 to 73 connecting the upstream/downstream branch pipes 311 to 331 :312 to 332 are interposed.</p> |
