PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely attain securing of continuity between an expansion metallic pipe and an electrode plate by providing the electrode plate having a through-hole, inserting a conductive pipe covered with a conductive resin into the through-hole and providing a protrusion formed with one portion of the conductive resin in the vicinity of the through-hole through the front and the back surfaces of the electrode plate. SOLUTION: An expansion metallic pipe 1 covered with a conductive resin 5 is inserted into a through-hole 2a in production of a dust collection cell. Then, the tip part of an expansion diameter rod member 6 is force-fitted into a hollow part of the pipe 1. Then, the outside diameter of the pipe 1 is expanded, the conductive resin 5 is brought into press-contact with the inside surface of the through-hole 2a to be deformed and the deformed portion is swelled out on the front and the back surfaces of the through-hole 2a to form the protrusion 5a on the peripheral part of the opening. Since the protrusion 5a is closely stuck to a positive electrode plate 2, the pipe 1 is surely fixed to a positive electrode plate 2. Also even though the inside diameter of the through-hole 2a is produced with a smaller size due to an error, etc., in the production, since the error can be absorbed, the generations of distortion and deflection in the positive electrode plate 2 can be prevented. |
