PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction dealing device and an oil-feeding system, which can discriminate a shop from other shops by realizing a new type of service and promote sales of articles. SOLUTION: An oil-feeding device 2 transmits a figure of supplied oil quantity measured by a measuring instrument 23 to a transaction dealing device 1 after oil has been supplied to a car. The dealing device 1 determines whether the received figure of oil gratuity coincides with a lucky number stored in a RAM 13 or not. If the figure does not coincide with the number, a regular change (supplied oil quantity × unit price of fuel) is requested to a customer and if the figure coincides with the lucky number, a special charge that an amount based on a discount ratio stored in a RAM 13 is subtracted from the regular charge is requested to him. In this way, such a new type of service that an oil or article charge is discounded when a figure of sales quantity of oil or articles coincides with a preset number, can be provided. |
