PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain food with a chlorella with an excellent tongue contact feeling, an earing feeling and a taste and with superior preservation property by executing production by means of dough where grain meal is kneaded with a chlorella cultivated liquid where the alga cell of the chlorella holds the shape of its cell film and also is contained in an activated state in cultivated water. SOLUTION: The target food is obtained by executing production from dough where grain meal, such as flour buchwheat metal and rice meal, etc., is kneaded with the chlorella cultivated liquid where the alga cell of the chlorella holds the shape of its cell film and also is contained in the activated state in cultivated water. Preferably, the chlorella cultivated liquid contains more than 100,000,000 chlorella alga cells in one litter. Beside, preferably 3-25 liters of chlorella cultivated liquid are mixed as against 25 kg grain meal. |
