PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostasis implement which can easily stop bleeding in a simple structure without damaging the tissue. SOLUTION: This implement is structured so that a flexible operating element 13 is formed on a guide wire 11 in such a way as covering with the forefront solely fixed and a plurality of notches 14 are provided in the unfixed portion of the operating element 13 in its axial direction. A large diametric holding part 16 is provided from the notch to the base end side. An anastaltic 19 in tubular form is held between the notch 14 and the holding part 16, and the guide wire 11 is inserted to a protector 18 in such a way as covering the anastaltic 19. From a sheath remaining after a surgical operation, this anastaltic apparatus 10 is inserted into a blood vessel, and the operating element 13 is moved toward the tip relative to the guide wire 11, and the peripheries of the notches 14 are slackened so that a diametric enlargement is made radially. The anastaltic apparatus 10 is drawn off to cause diametric enlargement and a slackened locating means 15 is detained with the inner surface of the blood vessel and located. The protector 18 is drawn out, and the anastaltic 19 is wetted and swollen and is fixed to a stab wound, and the locating means 15 is shrunk diametrically, and the guide wire 11 is drawn out. This can manage without replacement of apparatus, and bleeding can be stopped quickly and easily without damaging the tissue owing to its small diameter and small size. |
