PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization method and a sterilization device capable of selectively performing both of the chemical sterilization by chemicals and the physical sterilization by heating of domestic animal feed. SOLUTION: The feed fed into a sterilizer 18 by a fixed amount is agitated and mixed for prescribed time by the rotation of an agitation blade 29 equipped inside with atomized and added liquid for sterilization inside the tightly closed sterilizer under pressure reduction. Then, the inside of the sterilizer 18 is returned to be under an atmospheric pressure, the feed is impregnated with the liquid for the sterilization by instantaneous air pressure change (pressure difference) at the time and the sterilization is performed. Then, the sterilized feed is discharged from the lower discharge port 25 of the sterilizer 18 to a receiving hopper 46, sent out to a shipping tank 49 further and shipped. |
