FIELD: productions tests for magnetic data media, special coatings of flying vehicles, microwave ferrite devices, etc. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical resonant cavity whose shaft mounts analyzed liquid pipeline, microwave oscillator, demultiplexer whose input is connected to microwave oscillator output and outputs, to hollow metal tube fitted onto pipeline to excite E<SB>010</SB> waves in cavity and to H<SB>011</SB> wave exciter; space of solid compensating microwave ferrite is placed in center of length at side wall of cavity and made in the form of rectangular-section toroid axially mounted relative to shaft; there are also two loops placed in relatively perpendicular planes and used to receive E<SB>010</SB> and H<SB>011</SB> wave energy through multiplexer, amplitude detector, analog-to- digital converter connected to data input of microprocessor unit whose control outputs are connected to respective inputs of demultiplexer and microwave oscillator and data output of microprocessor unit is connected through digital-to-analog converter to controlled current supply loaded into solenoid wound on side wall of cavity to build up static magnetic field whose lines of force are along cavity shaft. Pipeline may be made of specific shape so that smaller diameter is in center of its length and larger one, at end walls of cavity.
