FIELD: rocket fuels. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at developing fuel with reduced burning rate, optically transparent combustion products, and high ballistic characteristics within wide pressure range. Such fuel contains, wt %: nitroglycerin, 29.1-30.5; hexogen, 8-10; diphenylamine, 0.4-0.8; centralite, 0.3-0.7; N, NÆ- dinitropiperazine, 17.1-19.0; lead dioxide, 1.6-2.1; cobalt(II, III) oxide, 0.3-0.7; titanium dioxide, 1.7-2.5; Vaseline oil melt with 0.02-0.08 wt % of zinc or lead stearate, 0.3-0.5; nitrocellulose, the balance. Fuel is prepared according to known technology for production of double-base fuels. EFFECT: improved characteristics of fuel. 1 tbln
