PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stumbling at the time of aging and getting tired and to be effective for the stretching of thigh quadriceps and the lightening of walking by freely fixably or detachably providing both ends of an elastic band for thigh raising to a waist part attachment equipment and a thigh attachment equipment. SOLUTION: The waist part attachment equipment 1 is mounted to the waist, the thigh attachment equipments 2 are mounted to the thigh parts of both legs respectively, the lower ends of the elastic bands 3 for thigh raising are entangled with the thigh attachment equipments 2 and the elastic bands 3 for thigh raising are slightly tensed and fixed with a hook-and-loop fastener. Thus, the elastic bands 3 for thigh raising lend force at the time of raising legs and raise the feet not raised at the time of aging and at the time of getting tired to a position similar to healthy time and stumbling is prevented. Also, since the elastic bands for thigh raising of a rear leg is expanded and increase contraction force, the effect of adding momentum and lightening walking is provided.
