PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat resistance, oil resistance and light resistance by adding at least, one type of chemical compound selected from among chemical compounds expressed by a specific structural formula to a heat-sensitive recording layer. SOLUTION: A chemical compound expressed by formula (in the formula, R<1> , R<2> , R<3> , R<4> , R<5> and R<6> are independently a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a halogen atom, a 1-8C alkyl group, a 1-8C alkoxy group or a 1-8C cycloalkyl group or -COOR<7> (R<7> is an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an aryl groups or an alkylarly group, each of which has 1-8 carbon atoms); X is a direct bond, an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or a 1-8C akylene group; and m and n are independently 0 or 1) is used as a developer. At the same time, a chemical compound dispersion is adjusted to obtain a coating liquid and this coating liquid is applied to paper or various types of film to obtain the thermal recording material. Thus it is possible to improve the keeping quality such as heat resistance, light resistance or oil resistance. |
