PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to simply and highly efficiently generate an electric power by the use of an existing installation without using a high grade fuel material to superheat steam in a coal gasification oven by superheating the steam in an exhausted heat-recovering boiler using a combustion gas obtained from the produced gas as a heat source. SOLUTION: This coal gasification type combined power generator is provided with a coal gasification oven 1 for gasifying coal to produce the gas 15, a steam-generating means 5 for recovering the heat of the produced gas 15 to generate steam, a dust-removing means 27 for separating char 16 from the gas 15, a gas turbine 8 for burning the produced gas 15 separated from the char 16 to drive a power generator 21, a char-burning means 26 for burning the char 16 separated from the produced gas 15 with the dust-removing means 27, and an exhausted heat-recovering boiler for guiding a combustion gas from the gas turbine 8 and a combustion gas from the char-burning means 26 to superheat the steam from the steam-generating means 5. |
