PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process cooked rice which is eaten as deliciously as just cooked rice and also preserved for a long term by freezing cooked rice in a short time, dehydrating the frozen cooked rice and naturally drying it or frying it. SOLUTION: The cooked rice processing method is the one where cooked rice is frozen in a short time through the use of liquid nitrogen or dry ice favorably, the frozen rice is dehydrated through the use of ethyl alcohol, preferably and the frozen and dehydrated rice is naturally dried or fried. |
