PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-accumulation type heating panel which does not require to install in advance a board holding a heating body and a latent heat- accumulation material in a floor joist having no holding board for these heating body and the latent heat-accumulation material or a stud of a wall and furring strips and which can be installed with a simple tool. SOLUTION: In this heating panel, a fibrous board, a heating body and a latent heat accumulation material are combined together on a lower plate 1. The heating body 3 has a plane-shape and a connector connecting these heating bodies at the front end of the lead wire 5 of the heating body. And further, a fixing part is formed on a floor joist having no holding board for the heating body and a latent heat accumulation material 4 or a stud of a wall and furring strips 11 and the heating panel is installed thereon. |
