PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt winder, in which a fixing mechanism reacting sensitively to a belt web or to a vehicle body so as to pull a trigger for a fixing motion is released with high reliability after fixing of a belt spool is started, for a safety belt. SOLUTION: A fixing catch 14 and a control ring 22 are connected together via slot link 32, and 34. After the first contact condition between a fixing gear tooth 13 and a fixing gear train 12 is accomplished, the slot link of slot 32, and 34 convert oscillating motion of the fixing catch 14 toward the fixing gear train 12 into rotating motion of the control ring 22, and this rotating motion rotates a belt spool in the feeding direction. |
