WIRE TENSIONING APPARATUS

摘要

FIELD: manual attachments for tensioning wire in systems for suspension of contact wire in mining drifts. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes body in the form of bracket whose one end supports assembly for securing to backing member and whose other end supports guiding member in the form of hook arranged in plane normal relative to body axis. Tension mechanism is provided with sleeve rigidly secured to body, having bearings and shaft-coil arranged inside it. Sleeve has lengthwise slots and shaft-coil - cross openings. Member for securing wire is in the form of wire hook mounted in one cross opening of shaft-coil and spaced from sleeve end by distance equal to diameter of wound wire. Fixing rod is arranged in lengthwise slots of sleeve and other cross opening of shaft-coil. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and performance of apparatus. 4 dwgn
