The signal (c) is amplified and the wave shape is rectified to transmit the signal to the controller 1 as a detected signal (d). And further, the CPU 11 emits the LED 23 intermittently in a short cycle when one sits on the seat and emits the LED 23 intermittently in a long cycle when one does not sit on the seat. In this way, it can be stably detected whether one sits on the seat or not.
