PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for preventing bubbles from dripping for a bubble generator for filling a foaming material for facilitating foaming and farming a flow path to a spray port by interposing a plate-like part for supporting the foaming material. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a locking part 4 provided at an upper opening 3 of a cylindrical part 2 having a spray port 1 wherein a periphery of its elastic arm-like body 5 is supported by a cylindrical support member 7, and a valve stem 10 is inserted into a center hole of a lower end cylindrical part 8. In this case, a slant flow path 11 is provided from the valve stem 10 toward the spray port 1 of the cylindrical part 2.
