PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device which can improve the efficiency of assembly work by preventing a positional deviation of a seat rubber at the time of assembly and fixing it temporarily and securely. SOLUTION: A coil spring 12 for buffering is elastically provided between an upper spring seat 11 welded and fixed on a lower face of a rear side frame of a vehicle and a lower seat on an axle side. A suction pad part 14 which is attached adhesively on a lower face 11b of the upper spring seat 11 is integrally provided on a top face of a seat rubber 13 provided between the lower face 11b in an outer peripheral part 11a of the upper spring seat 11 and an upper end part 12a of the coil spring 12.
