PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the on-site construction period by providing connecting members at both ends of an elastic body layer, providing an adhesive layer and a sliding layer on the upper face and lower face respectively, and arranging a buried joint member manufactured at a factory in advance at the expansion gap section of a bridge pier. SOLUTION: This buried joint member 1 is provided with an elastic body layer, connecting members 13, and a sliding layer 8, and the connecting members 13 are provided at both ends of the elastic body layer. The buried joint member 1 is manufactured at a factory, and it is provided with an adhesive layer 10. A load support member 11 is made of a hard sheet such as a steel sheet. The elastic body layer is made of vulcanized rubber, and it is provided with a cord material made of synthetic fibers. The support member 11 is mounted directly above an expansion gap section, and the buried joint member 1 is provided between bridge girders 2, 2. The buried joint member 1 is fixed to the floor boards 2A of the bridge girders 2 by anchor bolts, and tension is adjusted by nuts fitted to tension bolts. An elastic paving material such as asphalt is filled in the void with the joint member 1, and it is rolled. Transportation can be facilitated, and the on-site work can be completed in a short period. |
