PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete the on-site work in a short period by providing a paving member set to the same height as that of an asphalt pavement section on a bridge on the adhesive layer of the upper face of a buried joint member manufactured at a factory in advance. SOLUTION: A sliding layer 8 and an adhesive layer 10 are provided on the lower face and upper face of a buried joint member 1 respectively, and a pavement section 9A is integrally connected on the adhesive layer 10. An elastic body layer is made of general vulcanized rubber, and the vertical sections of connecting members 13 are connected to the elastic body layer. The buried joint member 1 is manufactured at a factory. A load support member 11 is mounted on an expansion gap section 5, the buried joint member 1 is provided in the length direction of a bridge, the connecting members 13 are fixed to the floor boards 2A of bridge girders 2 by anchor bolts, and tension is adjusted by nuts fitted to tension bolts. The gaps with road end sections at both ends are buried by a paving member such as asphalt. It is not required to apply execution, adhesion, and rolling to the paving member at a site, and the on-site work can be completed in a very short time. |
