SILICONE RUBBER COMPOSITION AND HEAT-RADIATING SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicon rubber composition which gives a heat-radiating sheet having excellent flexibility and a high heat conductivity and to provide a heat-radiating sheet having a high heat conductivity. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a silicone rubber and a filler, said filler being spherical graphite having an interplanar spacing of 3.30-3.40Åor such a composition wherein the spherical graphite used is a combination of small-diameter spherical graphite having a mean particle diameter of 3-9μm with a large-diameter spherical graphite having a means particle diameter of above 9 to 50μm. The heat-radiating sheet is prepared by molding either of the above compositions.
