<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate connecting work by adapting a heat shrinking reinforced insulator, cylindrically shaped in the inside and provided with an injection port, to a cable connection part to hold the insulator by an internal metal, housing the insulator in a bridging metal mold to inject a cross linking agent and heat- shrinking the insulator. CONSTITUTION:A heat shrinking reinforced insulator 10, in which its internal peripheral surface is cylindrically formed with an external surface shape equal to an external shape of a reinforced insulator in a cable connection part to form an outside semiconductor 12 with a through-hole provided in a side wall, is previously manufactured and left as fed onto a cable core 20. A cable core connection part 25 is formed by step-exfoliating the cable core 20 to connect a core wire and processing an inside semiconductor. Next, the heat shrinking reinforced insulator 10 is transferred to the cable core connection part 25 and held by an internal metal mold 30 vertically divided into two parts. Further the heat shrinking reinforced insulator 10 is completely heat-shrunk by enveloping an outer side of the insulator 10 by a bridging metal mold 48 and change- injecting polyethylene, filled with a cross linking agent, from an injection hole to heat the insulator 10 by a heater 58.</p> |
