<p>A control method for extending an end seal time as much as possible even when a linear portion for effecting end seal (the seal distance of a predetermined stroke) is constant of a vertical or horizontal bag-making, filling and packaging machine for executing box motion end seal. In a bag-making, filling and packaging machine for forming a packaging tube (H) by sealing both edges of a packaging film, lowering the packaging tube by a film feeder (4), sealing horizontally in two rows the upper edge of the content put into the packaging tube (H) and the lower edge of the content to be put next and cutting the space portion with a box motion end seal(transverse seal)/cutting apparatus (5), a servomotor for generating box motion is controlled so as to relatively extend the seal time in one cycle of a predetermined time with respect to the seal distance of a predetermined stroke. In other words, the time is extended as long as possible by moving slowly a linear portion (b) in the box motion (a) shown in the figure and a return portion (c) is moved relatively quickly.</p> |
