Magnet fixing structure for compressor motor

The magnet fixing structure uses a cylindrical magnet plate (300) between the outer and inner armature plates (100,200) of the compressor motor, provided with a number of holes around its periphery, in which respective magnets (400) are inserted. Magnet fixing ring (500a,500b) are fitted to the inside and outside surfaces of the cylindrical magnet plate for overlying the inserted magnets, the latter having the same size and thickness as the holes, for providing a flush inside and outside surface.
