<p>The received TV broadcasting signals are constantly recorded on a hard disk. The recording and reproduction are executed in parallel in a time-division manner. When the user desires to see a past scene of the TV broadcasting program, the user specifies a high-speed reverse reproduction. The image is changed from the one of TV broadcasting over to the one reproduced from the hard disk. The user designates the start position of reproduction while viewing the image being reversely reproduced. The forward reproduction starts from the designated start position. When the desired scene ends and the user cancels the forward reproduction, the image is changed from the reproduced image over to the image of the TV broadcasting program.</p> |
