Two axles (4) each with two weights (2) in containers (3) are positioned on the base plate (1). The axles are synchronously accelerated in contrary direction by a suitable drive system. Beside the base plate is another base plate (1a) loosely fixed with containers (3a) for weights. The base plates slide relatively in a straight line. The base plates are joined by a connection (5) which hats the movement of the two plates away from each other.
