At least one outlet (4) to the storage container (1) has a metered dispenser for the material being broadcast. At least one rotating distributor (6,8) consists of a disc (6) driven on an axle staggered in position in relation to the outlet. Ejector blades (8) on the disc rotate beneath the outlet. The distributor on the reverse side of the ejector blades has a deflector plate for reducing the swirl forming below the outlet and behind the ejector blades wen the distributor rotates.
