The sill(4) on the frame(1) forms an outwards orientated overhang(4.1), at least over part of its circumferential extent. This is formed by a top section(1.3) projecting outwards from the side wall upper end located away from the baseplate(1.1) of the frame and which changes into an overhung section(1.4). The side wall(1.2), top section, overhange and baseplate form a chamber(6) which is open in the vicinity of the baseplate but otherwise closed.
