PURPOSE:To improve production efficiency by a method wherein a plurality of wind-up means, each of which winds up fed tire constituent member on a drum at a wind-up position, and a change-over means, which changes over the wind-up means to the wind-up position, are equipped. CONSTITUTION:Belt 1, to which cushioning material 2 and rubber sheet 2 are pre-set, is cut in lengths and supplied through a feed conveyer 50 to an orderly winding device 60. When a kind of belt, the length of which is the one required for one tire, is wound up by the winding-up roller 83 of one truck 80, a stopper 72 is released by contacting connecting parts 96 and 97 so as to move a travelling bed 92 in order to retreat a supporting frame 93 to the middle of the orderly winding device. After that, a turn table 61 is rotated so as to bring a next truck 80 alongside a carriage conveyer 50 and the similar operation as mentioned above is again performed so as to wind up belts, which are same in kind, on the wind-up roller 83 of the truck 80. In the above-mentioned manner, when the winding-up of belt is performed on all the four trucks, belt 1, cushioning material 2 and rubber sheet 3 are changed-over in respective belt feeding device 10, a cushioning material feeding device 20 and rubber sheet feeding device 40 in order to wind up other kind of belt next. |
