PURPOSE:To obtain the method for in-mold forming, with which the three- dimensionally curved surface forming of film is realized with high dimensional accuracy, neither wrinkle nor breakage develops in the film and, at the same time, no vertical wrinkle develops at the edge of the film. CONSTITUTION:In the fixed side 12 of a mold, a slidable slide core is provided. Three-dimensionally curved surface forming is performed by pressing under the condition that film 20 is pinched between the movable side 10 and the fixed side 12. Under the above-mentioned pressing state, molten resin 24 is injected through a gate 16 provided in the fixed side 12. In this case, injection is carried on while the slide core 14 is slid. By employing a slide having separately energized multi-stage structure, more favorable prevention of the wrinkle and breakage of film is realized. |
