发明名称 METHOD FOR THE VACUUM DISTILLATION OF A LIQUID PRODUCT AND PARTICULARLY PETROLEUM PRODUCTS, VARIANTS AND EQUIPMENT FOR REALISING THE SAME
摘要 The present invention relates to techniques for the distillation of liquid products and may be used in the separation of liquid hydrocarbons into target fractions. The present invention more precisely relates to a method and a device for separating liquid mixtures. This invention may be used in the petrochemical industry to fractionate raw petroleum products as well as in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries or in other similar industrial fields. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a vacuum generating device comprises a jet apparatus that uses as an active liquid a liquid which is polar relative to the condensate of pumped vapours and gases. In another preferred embodiment, the jet apparatus uses as an active liquid a liquid which is similar by nature to at least one of the liquids in the condensate of pumped vaporous gases. The active liquid and the liquid similar to it are mixed in a separator and further separated from the rest of the vaporous gas condensate after the phase separation of the condensate emulsion. Preferably, the mixture of similar liquids is separated from the rest of the condensate after the phase separation of the vaporous gas condensate in the separator. More preferably, the active liquid used during the initial operation stage of the vacuum generating device is replaced with a component of the vaporous gas condensate that is polar relative to the rest of the pumped gas and vapour condensate. The device of the present invention comprises a vessel (1) under vacuum that includes a gas and vapour outlet duct having the vacuum generating device connected thereto. This device consists of a circulation system comprising a gas and liquid jet apparatus (6), a separator (9) and a pump (8) hydraulically connected together. Preferably, the suction pipe of the pump (8) in the circulation system is connected to the region in the separator (9) where a layer settles, wherein said layer is polar relative to the rest of the condensate of the component fed as an active liquid into the jet apparatus (6).
