The invention concerns novel constructs for expressing a virus chimerical envelope protein comprising a nucleic sequence of a gene coding for a protein fused with a nucleic sequence coding for a virus transmembrane envelope protein, the vectors or viral particles containing them, the cells transformed by said viral particles and the methods for producing said viral particles. The invention also concerns the use of said viral particles for preparing a medicine for treating and/or preventing of diseases capable of being treated by gene therapy and the pharmaceutical compositions containing them.
