<p>A system for remote invoicing of cars for utilizing parking sites and toll roads, composed of a device mounted in each car which upon parking the car or entering into a toll road is capable to register the time and date of the beginning and the end of the utilization of the parking space or toll road, at a distant center by utilizing wireless communication means, and be invoiced in real time for the service granted according to various algorithms. Means are also provided to supervise the prompt registration. Other means provide the driver, as a byproduct of the system capabilities, with various services associated mainly with improving his driving and parking environment.</p> |
