<p>A substantially permanent pavement marking system using a polymer modified cement material (26) to provide a raised marking that extends above the surface of the pavement (22). The lines are formed by taping off the desired outline shape of the marking. The pavement marking material (26) is of such a consistency that it will set up to form a thick layer and not flow over the tape (10, 12) and will harden forming a raised marking.</p> |
