The pistons (4) have a shaft (6) passing through them. The pistons are guided by freely revolving rollers (5) on cam tracks. The pistons or piston carriers are connected to the shaft with no relative torsional movement, and axial displacements of the pistons correspond to rotational angles of the shaft. The shaft is of split construction with the sections interconnected and torsionally fixed in relation to each other.
