One embodiment (20K-20O) includes tubular casing (57) having an inlet opening and an outlet opening. An inlet conduit (52) extends concentrically into the tubular casing (57) through the inlet opening, with an annular space (51) being formed between the inlet conduit (52) and the tubular casing (57).
