PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain exact and complete fitting synthesization by converting read image data in a designated size to read image data with the resolution of output print, automatically synthesizing these data with background image data similarly converted into the resolution of output print and synthesizing the read image in the designated size at the designated position of background image. SOLUTION: According to a selected template image, the prescribed number of routine integrated images and mask image, three primary colors are read from a background image memory 54 to a synthesizing processing part 50. An image input device 12 fits and synthesizes image data in an area matched with the size designated by a template attribute file from all the read original image areas as scan images. An intermediate image is provided by a character generation bit map expansion part 52 and the synthesizing processing part 50, an operator visually confirms the state of synthesized characters and client images and synthesizing processing is completed. |
