PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorter which is capable of simplifying a structure for changing and adjusting the angle of inclination of a sorting body. SOLUTION: The sorting body 1 which sorts a mixture consisting of at least >=2 kinds of grains in the state of placing the mixture on a sorting surface is freely oscillatably hung and supported in an inclined posture to a fixing frame F by means of plural hangers 12, 13. The sorter is provided with an oscillation driving means N for oscillating and driving the sorting body 1 in such a manner that the mixture is sorted and separated in the sorting direction different from the feed direction while the mixture is transferred in the prescribed feed direction. The hanging length between the supporting section 40 to the sorting body 1 and the supporting section 41 freely oscillatably supported to the fixing frame F of the hanger 12 which hangs and supports the one end side in the inclination direction of the sorting body 1 is changed and adjusted, by which the angleαof inclination along the sorting direction of the sorting body 1 is changed and adjusted.
