PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the plural pieces of related information by retrieving a second key word deeply related to a retrieved key word and retrieving the information corresponding to the information obtained by the retrieved second key word. SOLUTION: A product name retrieval means 117 is a first retrieval means for obtaining a product name by using a key word dictionary stored in a storage device 113. A related product name retrieval means 119 is a second retrieval means for retrieving a related product name which is the second key word having a high relating coefficient with the product name retrieved by the product name retrieval means 117 from a product name correspondence table. A related product name selection means 120 displays the plural related product names retrieved by the related product name retrieval means 118 at an operation panel 102 and selects a specified related product name. In such a manner, the second key word deeply related to the retrieved key word is retrieved and the information obtained by the retrieved second key word is provided. Thus, the plural pieces of the related information are obtained.
