SOLUTION: This device comprises a clamp element 3, which consists of wheel clamping pieces clamping the front wheel of a bicycle 1 from both sides and axle clamping pieces clamping the axle 2 of the bicycle front wheel from both sides, and a drive mechanism 4 for driving the clamp element 3 toward the front wheel of the bicycle 1.
