PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tough molding of a light weight and a solid sound when it is struck by charging foam particles of thermoplastic resin in a hollow part of an extrusion skin layer made of thermoplastic resin of a hollow extrusion molding via a core, and fusion bonding to integrate the particles. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic resin 10 supplied from a screw extruder 81 is vertically divided via an intermediate mold 883, an extrusion skin layer 11 having a hollow part 15 is formed, foam particles 21 are fed from a foam particle introducing passage 851, and high temperature vapor is simultaneously fed from a vapor introducing tube 887. The particles 21 are charged in the part 15 of the layer 11 in a melted state of the surface via the vapor, and the layer 11 is gradually compressed in a thickness direction along a shape of a molding hole 883 of an extrusion shaping die 88. The particles 21 in the part 15 are integrally fusion bonded with the layer 11 between the particles, cooled by a cooling die 83, and cured. Accordingly, a tough foam charged extrusion molding has light-weight and a solid sound when it is struck. |
