BATTERY RENTAL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a provider to centralize the management inherent to a battery and that inherent to a user and also to enable the user to use a fully charged battery at any place with no charger nor spare battery required by preparing the unattended automatic battery rental devices and a central management device which performs the centralized management of these rental devices via a communication circuit. SOLUTION: An unattended automatic battery rental device 1 recognizes the user information based on the data written in an ID card and lets a user know the using procedure and the store position of a used motor-driven assist bicycle battery. A central management device 3 is connected to the device 1 via a communication circuit 2 and performs the centralized management of the user rental information given from the device 1 and the recognized information inherent to the bicycle battery by means of a computer to notify the user of his periodical using frequency.
