POLYIMIDE OPTICAL FILTER, OPTICAL PARTS AND PRODUCTION OF OPTICAL PARTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion of a polyimide optical filter formed by providing multilayered dielectric films with polyamide films as surface layers into a groove by forming both of the two surface layers of the polyimide films. SOLUTION: Both of the two surface layers of the polyimide optical filter formed by providing the multilayered dielectric films 2 with the polyimide films 1 as the surface layers are formed of the polyimide films 1. Both of the two surfaces of the polyimide optical filter of the optical parts constituted by fixing an optical element formed with a microspacing in an optical path and the polyimide optical filter inserted into the spacing are formed of the polyimide films. The optical parts consisting of the optical elements formed with the microspacings in the optical paths and the polyimide optical filters inserted into the spacings and fixed by the adhesives are produced at a good yield and the cost of the optical parts is reduced. In addition, both surfaces of the polyimide optical filter are the polyimide films, the selection of the adhesives for fixing and refractive index alignment are facilitated.
