<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for joining various materials in the same process, in a composite material laminated with weldable materials having different melting points, and to obtain a container as well as its manufacture in which the different layers are joined in one process. SOLUTION: A cover made of a thin aluminum plate with thermal plastic 3 laminated on the inner face and a container made of aluminum or aluminum alloy 4 also with thermal plastic 3 laminated on the inner face are so arranged that the thermal plastic part of the container flange part is superposed on that of the cover; the joined part is then heated, with the thermal plastic softened, pressurized and compressed, so that the thermal plastic is removed at the joined part to form a resin residue 5 at the end of the fused part; and then, the aluminum materials 4, 4 of the part where the thermal plastic is removed are ultrasonically joined to each other.</p> |
