PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for an electronic device by allowing the user to hear a call tone of a radio telephone set carried therewith even in the midst of using a portable audio reproduction device so as to improve the frequency of use of the portable audio reproduction device. SOLUTION: A portable CD player 1 and a headphone 2 are connected through an adaptor 3 provided with a microphone 41 and an audio control section 42. As soon as a radio telephone set 40 receives an incoming call and rings a call tone, the microphone 41 picks up the call tone, converts it into a sound signal and gives it to the audio control, section 42. The audio control section 42 receiving the sound signal gives a pause signal to the portable CD player 1 to mute a reproduction sound of the portable CD player 1 and gives the sound signal of the call tone to the headphone 2, and then the call tone is outputted from speakers 2b. |
