PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind-direction adjuster for an air conditioner which can reduce the generation of noise due to the turbulance of discharged air, and contrive a designed beautiful appearance by providing a connecting plate in the back face side of the lower side wall of a diffuser. SOLUTION: Two or more support shaft holes are disposed facing the upper and lower side walls of a diffuser 3 provided at a front panel, and a plurality of right and left wind directing plates 7, which journal the support shafts provided at both ends of the top and bottom in the same support shaft holes, are connected by a connecting plate 9, so that driving the connecting plate 9 to the right and left will change the wind-direction to the interior. A plurality of lower support shaft holes are composed of a bearing part 3a in the front panel side and a support shaft plate 8 facing the bearing part 3a along the central axis of the same lower support shaft holes. The tips of the lower support shafts 7a of a plurality of right and left wind directing plates 7 are provided with a connecting lever 7b arranged projecting in the direction of the depth of the right and left wind directing plates 7, and with a male and female connecting means which connect the tip part of the connecting lever 7b with the connecting plate. The lower support shafts 7a are narrowly held by the bearing part 3a and the support shaft plate 8, and a plurality of right and left wind directing plates 7 are connected by the connecting means. |
