摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to expand a view angle of a display body without lowering a display characteristic on the front side by using plural particle-shape bodies having respectively different refractive indexes and specifying a relation between these refractive indexes. SOLUTION: K kinds (K is an integer of 2 or above) of particle-shape bodies 3, 4 having different refractive indexes are mixed, and these are mixed into a certain medium 2, and the refractive indexes of M kinds (integer satisfying 1<=M<=K-1) of particle-shape bodies are set to be nearly equal to that of the medium 2. Then, remaining M-K kinds of particle-shape bodies are made the refractive indexes different from that of the medium 2, and the medium 2 containing these particle-shape bodies is formed into a thin film in a layer state so that the area of a low haze (or transparency) and the area of a high haze are nearly equal at every unit area. A part of the light incident vertically on an optical control layer 1 positively transmits through it without causing reflection and refraction on a boundary among the medium 2 and beads 3, and the light incident from an oblique direction is diffused by causing the reflection and refraction on the boundary between the beads 4 and the medium 2.
