<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spandrel wall device for a balcony to relieve the loading burden of a balcony structure through reduction of the weight of a spandrel in a way that the spandrel for a balcony is formed of a metal, perform easy arrangement after completion of body construction, perform a high-precise installation work, and prevent the occurrence of corrosion of an installation base part due to a temperature change inherent to a substance made of a metal. SOLUTION: A spandrel device comprises a rail member 3 fixed on the upper surface of a balcony structure 1 formed of a shape having L-shaped protrusion edges 10 and 10 formed from two side walls and grooves 11 and 11 for insertion formed therein; stay members 4 erected from the rail member 3; a top beam member 5 spanning between the top parts of the stay members 4 and having upper mounting edge parts arranged in respective positions situated facing respective L-shaped protrusion edges of the rail member 3; and spandrel members 6 and 6 having upper edges locked at the respective upper mounting edge parts of the top part beam member 5 and lower vertical edge parts 26 inserted in the respective grooves for insertion of the rail member 3.</p> |
